SCA alumnus is a finalist for the 2025 Kingston Prize, "a Canada-wide competition and exhibition tour for Canadian portrait painting and drawing." The 2025 Kingston Prize exhibition featuring the finalists runs November 8 – 14, 2025, at the Arta Gallery (14 Distillery Lane, Toronto), and the winner and two honourable mentions will be announced on November 14. SCA alumnus and Simona Deaconescu's BLOT – Body Line of Thought, performed by Simona Dabija and Maria Luiza Dimulescu, is coming to Seattle, Vancouver (), Calgary, Edmonton, and Regina. More . Also, Goodman and Deaconescu will begin developing their second collaboration, Future Alternates, in a residency supported by The Dance Centre, working with again with Dabija and Dimulescu, as well as Allison Lang and SCA alumni .
