Chambers wins the Dean＊s Convocation medal!
Great news! SFU's Senate Graduate Awards Adjudication Committee (SGAAC) is awarding the SCA's the Dean＊s Convocation medal, which will be presented as part of the Convocation ceremony on Wednesday, June 11, 2025, at SFU Burnaby. As part on the same ceremony, Barry Truax will be awarded a Doctor of Fine Arts, honoris causa. Congratulations!
Eigenfeldt on bass
We're big fans of how the SCA's plays bass in extracurricular bands, so we were delighted to see this quick video of him holding down the low end for The Sound of Legends: Santana & Chicago, which takes place Friday, June 27, 2025, at 7:30 PM (doors at 7:00 PM) at the Inlet Theatre (100 Newport Dr., Port Moody).
