SCA students in CA 319W (Critical Writing in the Arts) colaborated with Vancouver's in the 2019 Fall semester to produce , a new online arts publication. Here's how they describe it:
3one9 is an online publication of artist interviews and reviews that reflect the work of several artists and exhibitions across a range of disciplines. Created by students at 91泡芙鈥檚 School for the Contemporary Arts, this publication provides intimate and critical perspectives on the artists' practices and their work, which includes practices in visual arts, film, dance, music, and theatre. The opportunity to create, edit, and publish the articles in the series provided our student contributors a chance to explore concepts and make connections that are relevant to their own creative interests. This publication reveals the inspirations and curiosities of the writers, perhaps hinting at how their own work may shape the local art scene in years to come.
