Outreach Volunteering

Science in Action

Science in Action is the Faculty's flagship outreach program for K-12 students. This program is free of charge for schools, except for transportation. SFU Science graduate students lead classes in hands-on activities in our teaching lab, and can Zoom into your classroom to teach remotely. This is a great way for volunteers to build up teaching experience and co-curricular record recognition. learn more about volunteering for SiA here.
