Bryony Ollier
Program:
Bryony is a dedicated yoga teacher with over 10 years of experience teaching all ages, from children to seniors. Introduced to Hatha Yoga in her teens, she has maintained a lifelong practice and is passionate about making yoga accessible and welcoming for everyone.
Her classes weave mindful movement, breath, and meditation to create space for calm and connection. Most recently, Bryony has deepened her yoga journey through studies in Yoga Nidra and transmission meditation, enriching the practices she shares with her community

Jocelyn Qiao
Program:
Jocelyn is an SFU alumni from the School of Interactive Arts and Technology. She discovered yoga ten years ago and has been teaching for the last two years. She focuses on Hatha and Flow yoga, and her classes emphasize the importance of alignment, breath work, and mindful movement. She specializes in integrating meditation and body scanning into classes, allowing you to fully engage with your inner landscape as you move through your physical practice. She hopes to provide you with the space to find peace, balance and awareness.

Luce Calderon
Program:
Luce is a current master's student at UBC, an SFU alumni; graduating with a degree in psychology and a minor in education. She obtained her yoga certification in 2017 because she found yoga can be physically and mentally stimulating. She loves to incorporate all types of novel poses into her practice to make sure class is as exciting as it is relaxing. Additionally, she specializes in deep stretch training from her experience in competitive cheerleading and dance. Currently she is practicing ballet and is working on advanced yoga arm balancing poses.

Program:
Sasha sees herself as an explorer of the deep realms of Yoga Philosophy. She explores the idea of a divine being having a human experience. Cultivating deep appreciation for genuine artistic expressions, she relates to the world as an audio and visual artist, a wordsmith and Yoga Lover.
