Fall 2025 Term Important Dates
| May 1, 2025 | Deadline for Direct Entry High School admits to apply for Residence and accept SFU admission offer |
| August 1, 2025 | Residence Fees Due (Fall installment) |
| August 30, 2025 | Fall 2025 Move In |
| August 31 - September 1, 2025 | Residence Welcome Days |
| October 1, 2025 | Spring Term Termination Deadline - Burnaby West and Vancouver Contracts: Cancel spring term with no cancellation penalty |
| October 1, 2025 | Applications Open for Fall 2026 - For current undergraduate residents and prospective undergraduate and graduate students |
| November 30, 2025 | Residence Fees Due (Spring 2026 Installment) |
| December from last day of class during exam period | 23-Hours Quiet Hours (exam period) |
| December 17, 2025 | Fall 2025 Move Out (no later than noon) |
| December 24, 2025 at noon - January 2 at 9 am | Residence and Housing Limited Services for Winter Break |

*This confirmation payment will be applied towards your residence fees for the term and is required prior to each term of your contract.
