How much money should I show in my study permit application?
As a study permit applicant, you must demonstrate that you have sufficient funds to cover the following expenses for yourself and accompanying family members.
- One year of tuition fees
- Minimum one-year cost of living expenses set by IRCC
- Travel costs to and from Canada
Additional considerations:
- Ensure your funds are readily available and not dependent on working in Canada. (e.g., Teaching and research assistantships)
