1:1 Appointments with an International Student Advisor:
We are reserving a limited number of appointments each week for urgent and/or complex student cases. If you need to discuss complex immigration and or transition-related inquiries, you can request a 20-minute appointment with our International Student Advisors. Appointments can be offered either in-person or virtually on Zoom. If more time is needed, the International Student Advisor advisor may schedule a follow-up appointment.
Examples of complex or extenuating circumstances that may qualify for a scheduled 20-minute appointment include:
- A refused or urgent study permit renewal or work permit application
- A study or work permit that has expired or will expire within one week

An International Student Advisor, Immigration Specialist will review the appointment request details carefully to determine whether an appointment is the most suitable option, or whether your questions can be addressed via another advising method (drop-in advising or email advising).
