Learning & Teaching Data Portal
The Data Portal is LEAP’s access point for learning and teaching evidence at SFU. It brings together reporting environments, dashboards, and visualizations that support reflection, planning, and policy.
This is a growing area of LEAP’s work. At present, much of the content comes from the Course Experience Survey (CES), but the Portal is expanding to include curriculum mapping, educational goals, and data standards. Over time, it will become a hub for mobilizing a wider range of learning and teaching data across SFU.
Learning Experience Data (CES)
Instructors can log into their CES portal to review course-level CES results, survey schedules, and use response rate monitors.
Chairs, Directors, and Administrators can log into Tableau to review CES results over-time across their unit. This includes semesterly reviews and dashboards designed for biennial review.
Course Mapping
The course mapping visualization tool provides a resource for seeing the big-picture student learning journey across programs. This tool is intended to support faculty, curriculum designers, and anyone interested in how courses connect across SFU.
Other Data Resources
In addition to the resources provided through LEAP, members of the SFU community may also find relevant information through other university reporting sites.
