Are you an undergraduate curious about the research field? Are you interested in research and want to learn what FHS has to offer?
Do you have questions such as:
- Is research right for me?
- How do I get into research in FHS?
- What does research look like in FHS?
On Wednesday, October 15th from 5:30-7:00pm in the Student Commons Clamshell (BLU 10810), attend our FHS Student Research Symposium to hear about our FHS Research Clusters, and how to get involved with FHS faculty members and their research.
You will get the opportunity to hear from, chat and network with these research clusters and their students:
- Planetary Health (with Assistant Professors Maya Gislason and Chris Buse)
- Child Development and Health (with Professor Pablo Nepomnaschy
- Social Justice (with Assistant Professor Joao Luiz Bastos)
During the symposium, you will hear about:
- An overview of the research work in FHS
- What our research clusters are
- What work and research our clusters are doing
- How you can get involved
Attendees will also be treated to free pizza and refreshments.
