Schedule for Biannual intake/renewals

Attention: if you plan to apply for a grant at SFU, you must contact FHS Research Grants Facilitators (Cecilia Kalaw, ckalaw@sfu.ca, and Kat Salvante, fhsres@sfu.ca) at least 2 months prior to the sponsor application deadline. Please follow SFU administrative processes to avoid unnecessary delays. FHS is subject to other department timelines and without proper notice, FHS cannot guarantee the sponsor deadline can be met. Pre-grant processes cannot be circumvented; FHS Research staff are responsible to secure the Dean’s approval. As per the University policy, the Dean approves all requests to hold grants at SFU.

Library Access

*All Adjuncts will be provided a lightweight account to access library services

For library access, please provide a copy of your appointment letter to the SFU library email below in order to obtain access. SFU students (undergraduates and graduates), , faculty and staff may get a University ID card through the Registrar's Office, Burnaby Campus; the Information and Registration Desk, Harbour Centre; or the Student and Registrar Services Office, SFU Surrey.
