Anonymous Allegations

As outlined in section 6.0 of SFU's Sexualized Violence Policy Procedures, the SFU Sexual Violence Support & Prevention Office accepts anonymous allegations about sexualized violence impacting the SFU or FIC community.

Important: Submitting this form does not mean you're making a report of sexualized violence to SFU. The University’s ability to act on anonymous allegations of sexualized violence is very limited. The University will receive anonoymous allegations of sexualized violence:

  • to offer support to individuals who submit an anonymous allegation;
  • to determine whether there is evidence of a significant risk to the health or safety of members of the University Community;
  • to identify the need for education and training for impacted areas; and
  • to identify behavioural patterns and organizational culture issues that require addressing by unit or departmental leadership (6.1 SFU Sexualized Violence Policy Procedures).

To submit an anonymous allegation of sexualized violence, please complete this form with as much information as you're willing or able to provide. If you provide an email address, an SVSPO Case Manager will follow up with you to offer support.
