Cytiva Biacore X100
The Cytiva Biacore X100 is located in the FHS Department. For access and training, please contact Dr. Tim Beischlag.
Biacore X100 getting started guide
The Biacore X100 uses surface plasmon resonance (SPR) to measure biomolecular interactions in real time, including the specificity, kinetics, and affinity of an interaction, and the concentration of specific molecules in the sample. The Biacore can be used for a wide range of applications including structure-function studies, pathway analysis, biomarker discovery and validation, drug target identification, assay development, analysis of small molecule interactions, and antibody analysis.
