Exam Invigilation Records

Types of Personal Information (PI) in the PIB
Images of students taking exams (captured via photographs, live feed cameras, edited video files, and catputred still imgas), name, gender sex, contact information, and student number.
Individuals included in the PIB
SFU students taking exams administered through the Centre for Accesible Learning, SFU employees involved in exam invigilation.
Purposes for which PI collected, used and disclosed
Photgoraphs of students are captured to verify their identity in cases where they do not bring appropriate identification to the exam. Digital recordings are created as a supplementary form of monitoring and digital records may provide evidence if an academic intergrity violatiin is suspected.
