I graduated from UBC with an undergraduate major in Linguistics and a minor in Chinese Language and Culture. I want to specialize in syntax-semantic interface. My specific research interests are perspective dependent phenomena in syntax and semantics such as tense, aspect, modality and evidentiality in Bantu, Algonqian, and Sino-Tibetan language families.
