IS faculty Logan Masilamani presents at Public International Law Conference in Singapore
In October, IS faculty member Logan Masilamani presented at the Public International Law Conference: Asian Perspectives on Peace and Peace-Making hosted by the Centre for International Law, National University of Singapore.
Masilamani is a lecturer in SFU’s School of International Studies. He specializes in international relations and conflict resolution in Southeast Asia. He currently teaches IS 101 D900 Global Challenges of the 21st Century: An Introduction to International Studies and IS 210 D100 States, People, and Power Around the World.
The conference brought together distinguished scholars and practitioners from around the world to explore the region’s rich traditions of peace, reconciliation, and dialogue. The discussions drew from Asia’s diverse cultural and historical approaches to peace, inviting reflection on how Asia’s perspectives can redefine the global conversation on peace-building.
