From IT Services | Update: Burnaby campus WiFi disruption
This message is being sent to all faculty and staff. No reply is required.
Good evening,
IT Services has identified a software problem as the likely source causing WiFi disruptions at Burnaby campus today. IT staff are working overnight to implement a solution.
While optimistic that the WiFi disruption will be resolved by tomorrow morning, Feb 8, please be prepared in case WiFi connection issues continue. In the event of further WiFi service disruptions tomorrow, IT Services will prioritize WiFi connections in the AQ and West Mall Buildings. If available, please use a wired connection with an ethernet cable for more reliable internet access.
Check sfu.ca and Twitter @SFU_IT for the latest updates.
Thank you for your patience.
