CCMS is proud to announce that we hosted a screening of the documentary The Encampments. This timely documentary tracks how students flooded Columbia University’s lawn to create the Gaza Solidarity Encampment in order to pressure their university to divest from the US and Israeli weapons companies.
The film was followed by a discussion and audience Q&A.
50% of the proceeds were given to the documentary’s producer, Watermelon Pictures. Doors open at 5:30 and the film begins at 6:00 PM.
