Consulting Pathways Program
We want to help you put your best self forward and the Consulting Pathways Program is designed to support you in that journey.
This program introduces graduate business students to the fundamentals of case interview preparation, with an emphasis on structured analysis, logical reasoning, and client-focused communication. You will gain familiarity with the case interview format and have opportunities to practice key skills essential for success.
Topics include case structuring, mental math, issue tree development, interpreting visual data, and delivering compelling presentations. Guest speakers and experienced consultants will also share valuable insights into the consulting industry and the interview process.
Mentorship
Mentoring opportunities at SFU Beedie are designed to connect our students’ strong academic backgrounds with the practical realities of a career in business. Through these initiatives, students gain direct access to the insights, experiences, and knowledge of accomplished professionals, empowering them as they embark on their career journeys.

Our students have access to new and exciting job listings are posted on our internal SFU Beedie Community platform on an ongoing basis. Once students identify job opportunities of interest to them, they can meet with a Career Advisor for advice and feedback on application strategies.
