1-1: Tikal, northern Guatemala, was one of the main centers of pre-Columbian Maya civilization. Recognised as UNESCO heritage in 1979, Tikal is still known as "the place of the spirit voices".

5-5: Isla de Flores is a small island on the Peten Itza Lake, northern Guatemala. The main church and cathedral, painted in white and named Nuestra Se帽ora de los Remedios, was built on top of a Mayan pyramid after the Spanish conquest.
